1. Service Description

ChatGPTB provides top-up services for ChatGPT Plus / Pro / GO. We complete recharges through official channels and do not provide ChatGPT accounts themselves.

2. Orders & Payment

Please complete payment promptly after placing an order. The system automatically delivers upon successful payment. We support Alipay and WeChat Pay.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund available if the recharge fails. Virtual products are not eligible for non-reason refunds once successfully recharged. Please confirm the recharge result within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Warranty Service

Warranty ensures the plan is available before expiration. Free re-issuance for disconnections during the warranty period. Bans caused by user actions (frequent IP switching, violations, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
